Easiest Chili You’ll Ever Make

Stand back, mind. You are about to be blown. Away. By chili.

I’m talking about saving time here in a major way, folks! Which we all know, saves you sanity! What will you do with your extra time when this slow cooker chili recipe is finished in thirty minutes??? Comment and let me know!

Behold: The Easiest Chili You’ll Ever Make

1 medium yellow onion, cut into 4 pieces

5 medium cloves of garlic

1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 4 pieces

1/4 c. chili powder

1 Tb. ground cumin

1 lb. lean ground beef

1 tsp. salt

1 – 20 oz can diced tomatoes

1 – 14 oz can tomato sauce

1 can kidney beans

1 can pinto beans

For serving: shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream

~~The most difficult part of this recipe is already behind you! Gathering your ingredients! The rest is a cinch!~~

Now the magic begins! Pull out that Tupperware Power Chef System and toss in your onion, garlic and bell pepper. Pull the cord five to six times or until chopped and combined. This literally takes about 1 minute. I kid you not! So quit using your cutting board and try this incredibly simple alternative instead!

Pour all contents from the Power Chef System into your Tupperware Microwave Pressure Cooker then add ALL other ingredients! (Be sure to chunk the meat up a little bit.)

Next, just pop your delicious “slow cooker” chili into the microwave, cook for 20 minutes, let depressurize, break up meat in chili, give it a stir and ENJOY!

What?! This unbelievable recipe is one of my favorites to feed the whole family when it’s cooold outside, whether one of them hates tomatoes or not! (Hey, we can’t win ’em all, right?!) I love it because I use SO little and it’s done in no time!

Here are the ways we are saving time, money and sanity with this recipe:

  1. We are not individually chopping the produce by hand. Saving time. Also saving time because we are not washing a cutting board and knife!
  2. We are saving energy by not using a food processor, no electricity needed with the Power Chef System!
  3. We are saving energy (hence, saving money) by shortening our cook time! No waiting for the stove to heat up, just popping our Microwave Pressure Cooker into the microwave!
  4. Of course, the saving sanity comes with all of these! (I feel best when things are just plain easy!) AND I am feeling extra awesome when I can just chill while I’m waiting for my chill…..ee. Okay, that was a stretch.

    1. It is extremely simple! Especially with the Tupperware Microwave Pressure Cooker! ❤ You can also cook it the old fashioned way in the pot, it takes longer but is just as tasty!
